First club run for a while for one reason or another. Legs pretty tired so decided to take it easy. It was an interesting route, mainly off road which suited me as my knee was a bit niggly on tarmac. Didn't have any oomph but expected that, felt very hungry by the end too.
Nice to have a sociable run again, have possibly talked myself into attending speed training on Monday night, assuming my legs aren't destroyed by an MTB ride over the weekend.
